Le trophée des femmes chefs a créé la surprise puisque c'est une toute jeune femme de 19 ans, apprentie à l'Hostellerie des Châteaus à Ottrott et formée actuellement au Cefppa d'Illkirch, Axelle Gillig qui s'est imposée par sa maîtrise des techniques au jury présidé par Hélène Darroze.
